A leader must therefore cultivate the trust of those with whom he works. To achieve this, he must display the two essential components of confidence: skill and character. Then, in a real team, each of its members truly believes that none of them can win independently from the others. Finally, any team depends on networks made up not only of employees but also of people and external groups who will jointly contribute to the achievement of objectives.
