500 deliveries in two months! With the birth of baby Loa, the total number of deliveries this year in the Rotterdam Ikazia Hospital will be twenty-five hundred. At this rate, it looks like 2020 will be a record year for Ikazia in terms of deliveries.
On Sunday, November 8 at 5.57 pm, Mrs. Van der Mooren gave birth to her first child in the Mother and Child Center of the Ikazia Hospital. Traditionally, Mr. Kievit, Managing Director, delighted the new parents with a bunch of flowers, a cuddly toy and a child’s chair.
On Saturday Mrs Van der Mooren was introduced and on Sunday, at the beginning of the evening, little miracle Loa was born. “Everything went well. It was tough but we are very happy. ”
Recently moved from Rotterdam to Puttershoek, Mr. and Mrs. Van der Mooren deliberately chose Ikazia. “Ikazia is well regarded. Everyone here is very nice and they help you quickly if you need help with something. ”
About the Mother and Child Center
The family is central to the Mother and Child Center of Ikazia. The birth and maternity suites give a feeling of home. In addition, the new parents have the security of medical care close by. After birth, they stay in their own room to spend as much time together as possible.
