The podium of the five most expensive municipalities is completed with three other Balearic towns and one from Gipuzkoa: Deya (5,909 euros / m2), Sant Joan de Labritja (5,165 euros / m2), Ibiza (4.910 euros / m2) Y the Gipuzkoan capital San Sebastián (4.818 euros / m2). The sixth place is for Baqueira, in Lleida, with 4,793 euros / m2.
Also below 5,000 euros per square meter are Sant Josep de Sa Talaia (4,792 euros / m2), Andratx (4.649 euros/m2) Santa Eulalia del Río (4,641 euros / m2), in the Balearic Islands. Next, Zarautz is located in Guipúzcoa (4,493 euros / m2), Calviá in the Balearic Islands (4,268 euros / m2) and Barcelona (4,084 euros / m2). In addition to the communities with municipalities in the top 25 positions, 2 more autonomous regions have markets in which an average of two thousand euros per square meter are exceeded in their most exclusive markets: Benahavis in Andalusia (3,102 euros / m2) and San Bartolomé de Tirajana in the Canary Islands (3,097 euros / m2). Formigal in Aragon is located above two thousand euros (2,948 euros / m2), Moraira in the Valencian Community (2,768 euros / m2), Pamplona in Navarra (2,228 euros / m2) and A Coruña in Galicia (2,173 euros / m2).
