José Basterra; has been designated as the best player in the MGS League in the 2020-2021 season.
The Country Club player has done so after the votes collected throughout the campaign, cast by all the technicians of the teams that make up the category and a final round among the fifteen best classified, which have led to this final election.
Second classified has been Roc Oliva (RC Polo), while third has finished Bosco Pérez-Pla (Country Club).
In the chapter of top gunners, José Basterra has also been the winner with 31 points scored. The Basque striker has had an exciting goalscoring duel with Marc Miralles (RC Polo), where the Catalan finished second with a whopping 28 shots materialized.
Under sticks, meanwhile, Mario Garín has been designated as the best goalkeeper in the MGS League. The Cantabrian, once the scrutiny was over, was ahead of Adrian Rafi (FC Barcelona) and Quico Cortés (Club Egara). Garín thus stamps his name, for the first time, in the list of winners of this award.
As for the best young players. Rafael Vilallonga (RC Jolaseta), has been the winner after collecting points throughout the season.
This week will also be known, for the first time, the awards for the best technicians of the course and the eleven of the year in the 2020-2021 campaign.
