A 14-year-old boy was struck by lightning in Switzerland when he ripped the motorway at 213 kilometers per hour. He did it too in a car he stole from his father.
The Italian boy was flashed at 4 in the morning. A maximum of 120 kilometers per hour is allowed on the part of the highway where he drove. So the teenager was accelerating to 93 kilometers per hour.
The teenager had stolen his father’s car, the police of the canton of St. Gallen reported. He drove from Toggenburg to Wil and then back. On the way back, he was spotted by the police camera.
A prosecutor is investigating the case. If a juvenile judge sentences the child, he can be sentenced to a maximum of ten days of community service and possibly of pedagogical care Swiss media.
