When will your driving license be revoked if you have THC and alcohol?

Anyone caught with both must pay a fine of 1,000 euros and is banned from driving. This means that their driving license is temporarily revoked. THC and alcohol while driving: administrative offence or criminal offence?
Whether baked or smoked, if THC is consumed mixed with alcohol, the intoxicating effect of the alcohol can be increased many times over. This also has a huge impact on your ability to drive. Anyone who exceeds the permitted THC limit and drives anyway is committing an administrative offence. The same applies to the mixed consumption of THC and alcohol. However, an administrative offence under the influence of THC or alcohol can quickly turn into a criminal offence.
This is the case, for example, if you commit a hit-and-run after an accident or if you do not help someone who has been involved in an accident. The consequences are high fines, the driver’s license is taken away and in some cases there are even prison sentences.
