The well-known German LetsPlayer is taking a break. In an info video, he also talks about an illness.
On his YouTube channel, with over 3.6 million subscribers, there was a break of several months. Now came an info video.

He tells at length about a complicated illness that he is said to have had since 2011. After many visits to the doctor, however, it has now turned out that Manuel, as his name is, is probably healthy and a doctor was wrong at the time. Meanwhile, GLP thought he only had ten to twenty years to live because of the disease.

Since Manuel hasn’t taken a break from YouTube for eleven years, he now wants to take a break for an “indefinite period”. Manuel does not rule out a comeback, but does not want to commit himself.
The YouTuber was a huge part of childhood for many fans. That’s why many subscribers are sad about the farewell, but at the same time wish him all the best for the future.
