Twelfth victory out of as many matches for Liofilchem who, within the friendly walls of the PalaMaggetti, beat Piombino with the result of 87-81 at the end of a very intense match, which saw Sacchetti and his teammates put the arrow in the last three minutes through a super attack and a careful and lucid defense. Two points that allow the biancazzurri to rise to 24 points, +6 from the two pursuers Herons Montecatini and Ruvo di Puglia.
A victory sought and desired at all costs, without paying too much attention to the unavailability of Traini on the bench for the sake of signing, and the less than perfect physical conditions of some, instead trying to counter in every way a combative opponent: probably, the one who he held his own against the biancazzurri at the PalaMaggetti.
