Nevertheless, according to the S-Immobiliengesellschaft der Sparkasse Freiburg Nrdlicher-Breisgau in its 2022 housing market report, real estate prices rose by 12.2 percent on average in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the same period in 2020, according to the Federal Statistical Office.
