Christine Quinn is definitely the shooting star on the Netflix series “Selling Sunset”! In the current season, the It-Girl is mainly talking about her pregnancy. In one episode she describes how dramatic the birth of “Baby C” was.
The phrase “you or the baby” should also be included.
“Selling Sunset”: luxury, houses and babies …
Let’s be honest: The fourth season of “Selling Sunset” is the best that we have in Lockdown number four (Conicindence? We think not!) Happened! There are ups and downs, successes and dramas, babies and houses. Especially the drama is not saved here! And once again only one person is responsible for that: Christine Quinn, the not-so-secret star of the whole show.
Because the it girl, who by the way is also a terrific real estate agent, had a baby! Say whaat ?! Yep, everyone was surprised about that – including herself. But after she said yes to her friend Christian Richard (unfortunately we can’t think of a couple’s name for the two of them. Maybe “Chris-Chris”?) At a fairytale dream wedding, it seemed the 32-year-old should be ready for the next big step.
Christine Quinn suffers birth trauma
As you could see on the show – and on her Instagram account – the broker’s pregnancy looked extremely good. She presented herself in maternity clothes from Chanel, Fendi and Co.which should not actually be called as such. In the ninth month of pregnancy, she stumbled through the area in insanely high heels and drove to sightseeing in her bright yellow Lamborghini.
And meanwhile she did sports, handstands and anything else she could do with her round belly. It seemed like pregnancy was the newest it accessorythat Christine presented to the whole world. But when the day of the birth came, everything suddenly looked different, as she reported in the current season of “Selling Sunset”.
She experienced a real trauma when she talked about the dramatic birth of her son. “That was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done,” writes the new mom on Instagram. Then she continues: “I don’t often show my vulnerable side in publicbecause I feel obliged to put on a brave face, although at this point I still feel hopeless, scared and to this day traumatized. “
“You or the baby?”
Christine’s amniotic sac burst on the day she was filming for “Selling Sunset”. When she arrived at the hospital, her cervix was already 9 cm open, she reports. “Both I and Baby Christian are lucky to be still alive”are the dramatic words of the Netflix star. “I hyperventilated from the excruciating pain and was immediately taken to an emergency caesarean section because our two heart rates crashed immediately.”
The umbilical cord was also wrapped around the baby’s neck, threatening to suffocate. In the series, Christine also tells that the doctors briefly even confronted her husband Christian with a tragic decision: “You or the baby?” “I want both of them to live,” Chris is said to have replied. In the end, however, the doctors managed to save both mother and child. “I’m so grateful for the doctors and surgeons who saved BOTH us,” said Christine.
