When talking to the founders of Latvian start-ups, it is sometimes heard that the business environment in Latvia is relatively closed and restrained, there is a lack of mutual assistance, camaraderie and support. As a positive example is mentioned Estonian experience where entrepreneurs share their knowledge, business contacts much more and more energetically, and this mutual support system has contributed to Estonia’s success in creating startups.
