They were numerous and numerous to take part in the blood drive organized this Wednesday, September 15 at the Stadium. Managers and employees, volunteers and supporters, parents of young players, or regular donors, more than fifty of them have taken a little time out of their day to donate their blood.
“I have been a Toulouse Football Club subscriber for several years and I am proud that my club is mobilizing around this cause. It is a great place to welcome blood donors”, says Théo, donor and supporter of TFC.
“The blood reserves are very low at the moment and it is very important for the EFS to be able to go directly to the donors. The organization of a collection at the Stadium, in partnership with the Toulouse Football Club, also makes it possible to reach a new population but also to offer an emblematic place of Toulouse sport for the usual donors “, explains Pascal, nurse at the EFS.
If you missed the collection at the Stadium, you can still donate your blood at the Maison du Don, 7 rue Lapeyrouse, in downtown Toulouse. Its doors are open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
