Mr. Chansilp said that the Company has established a centralized organizational structure for finance and accounting work. Personnel management, purchasing to reduce job redundancy and information sharing. As a result, the organization structure is firmer and smaller. But more efficient and effective It also reduced the number of executives from 740 rates to about 500 positions.

Is a continuation of the long-term leave project By agreeing to receive 20% salary for a period of 6 months from 1 November 2020 to 30 April 2021 and the Unite Project from the Z plan organization
Both projects will be accepting applications divided into 4 phases: Phase 1 Accepting applications from February 19 to March 2, 2021 Phase 2 Accepting applications from 2 to 16 March 2021 Phase 3 Accepting applications from March 16 – April 2021 Phase 4: Apply from 1-19 April 2021.
