Sing. In an exciting duel in the 2nd Bundesliga, StTV Singen beat KTV Ries 44 to 29 in front of their home crowd last Saturday. The next home game against TG Hanauerland is scheduled for next Saturday, October 19th, which is always good for a surprise.
The competition on Saturday offered spectators thrilling duels and an impressive performance by Swiss newcomer Florian Langenegger, who was named the best gymnast of the day with 22 score points. Julian Weller also scored highly on vault. The junior national team gymnast Maximilian Glaeser from Pfullendorf also showed a great competition. He confidently achieved his double screw on the jump after a long injury break. He also scored 2 points for the home team with a clean exercise on the horizontal bar. David Schlüter ended the competition with an impressive “air show” on the horizontal bar.
“We worked fantastically as a team, and Florian contributed enormously to the victory with his points,” said team captain Tim Leitenmair of StTV Singen. “It was a setback because of the jump, but the reaction of our team was impressive,” he says, looking ahead to the next home fight.
It will take place on Saturday, October 19th at 5 p.m. in the Münchriedhalle in Singen, when StTV will compete against TG Haneuerland. The gymnasts are looking forward to the support of their fans and are motivated to continue their successful streak. The tickets for what is sure to be a very exciting evening will be available again by email [email protected] or by phone at 07731/43113 in the StTV office or at the box office.
