The councilor of Tetuán, Paula Gómez-Angulo, has inaugurated the commemorative event of its history, art and culture

Coinciding with the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Day, the district of Tetuán has enjoyed a day of celebration in which the historical, artistic and cultural wealth of Ibero-America has been praised, organized by the municipal board of the district and AMEIB Pachamama (Association of Ibero-American Business Women).

The councilor of Tetuán, Paula Gómez-Angulo, opened the day, reaffirming “the district’s commitment to the values of integration, collaboration and cultural diversity that enrich us as a society” and described the meeting as an example of how joint work between institutions and associations “strengthens social cohesion and the common identity of Ibero-America in our district.”
Attendees have enjoyed talks, parades, folk dance groups and musical performances. The event was held at the José de Espronceda Sociocultural Center with free admission./
