Tetris Effect: Connect, Preorder… Officially Released January 19 (IT/Science)-NSP Communications

Scheduled for release on January 19 as a Nintendo Switch-only version, Tetris Effect: Connected is a puzzle game that lets you enjoy the world’s most popular classic puzzle game, Tetris, in a new way.

In this game, everything from the music, background, sound and special effects to the movement of Tetris blocks or “Tetrimino” is perfectly synchronized with the player’s operations, and more than 30 Tetris worlds are produced with beats, dances , lights and explosions. It features a sense of volume that can be enjoyed with levels and more than 10 single and multiplayer modes.

In single game mode, 30 levels are prepared with different music, sound effects, graphic styles and backgrounds, and a new zone system is introduced to stop time in the moment of crisis and overcome the situation with super focused gameplay.

In the case of the multiplayer mode, it is possible to play cooperatively and competitively with players from all over the world beyond the gaming machine platform model. In the CONNECTED mode, the highlight of this game, up to three players fight together against an AI-controlled boss, and in 1:1 matches, the aforementioned Zone system can turn the tide of battle.

The boxed version of Tetris Effect: Connected, a puzzle game exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, will be released on January 19 at a retail price of 45,000 won.
