This is the second year that Cho Rây hospital has opened the floral street on the occasion of the traditional Tet. This is one of the celebratory activities of the 120e anniversary of the hospital as well as welcoming the Lunar New Year of Tân Suu. Doctor Nguyên Tri Thuc, director of Cho Rây hospital, declared that the flower street was held every year on the occasion of Tet in order to create entertaining activities for doctors and nurses after a year of particularly arduous work in cause of COVID-19. It also helps bring a warm atmosphere of Tet to patients, especially those who cannot return home to celebrate Tet with their families.
The floral street, 150 m long, was designed by doctors and health personnel from 70 departments of Cho Rây hospital. On this occasion, this hospital also gave 200 gifts to poor patients treated at the hospital’s Oncology Center.
