Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown: Delayed until 2024, Close Beta Announced

JAKARTA – Publisher Nacon and developer KT Racing have announced that their upcoming racing game Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will be delayed until early 2024.

The announcement was streamed live by the developer during the Test Drive Unlimited (TDU) Connect event on Thursday, July 13, which also featured a 30-minute exhibit on Test Drive Unlimited Solar.

Along with the announcement of the delay, the company has also announced that the game will be getting close beta on all platforms starting July 24th.

Players interested in giving Solar Crown Unlimited Test Drives can sign up for the closed beta right away through the game’s official website.

Apparently, the delay announcement announced today is in line with the company’s report from earlier in the month, which indicated that Crown’s Test Drive Unlimited Solar will be delayed from its previous release window of 2023 to Q1 2024.

When released, Solar Crown’s Test Drive Unlimited will feature an open world set on Hong Kong Island with over 600 kilometers of roads to traverse. Solar Crown’s Unlimited Test Drive is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
