Carmaker Tesla is still developing a system of autonomous management Full Self Driving. So far, he is very far from full autonomy, he is still only a level 2 assistant. Beta testers have recently received the latest version of the 10 series, which they are already diligently testing in normal operation. But as it turns out, the ability to test FSD 10 Beta is not just that. Interesting but not surprising facts came to the surface.

The public has received information that beta testers from Tesla car owners sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), ie a non-disclosure agreement (in this case, a partial one), before using the beta version. This is a fairly standard procedure, which is used, for example, in the media to deliver information materials or products for review before the official launch of the products. So Tesla is not at all exceptional in this. However, the wording of this NDA is interesting.
This prohibits Tesel owners who participate in the FSD beta test from talking to the media or allowing them test drives. Tesla also reminds us that there are a lot of unwilling people who want to see Tesla fall, so he calls on youtubers to selectively choose what to publish on social networks. He recommends sharing fewer videos and, if you post something, especially those that can be interesting and worth sharing. Such a formulation is quite surprising for NDA because it is quite vague. For some, it may be interesting how the autopilot failed. It is also remarkable, however, that Tesla allows you to publish something at all, and in this, its NDA is relatively benevolent.
Tesla thus warns that there may be people who will deliberately misinterpret shared content. This can be seen, for example, in the fact that, of the tests performed, the sections where the system had a problem spread unsurprisingly over the Internet, although otherwise the authors praised the new version. On the other hand, we must admit that it is these failures that are critical to the resolution of autonomous management and what can have fatal consequences.
