Tesla is preparing new versions of Model S and Model X electric cars, the details are still secret

Electric car Tesla Model S has been on the market for an incredible eight years. It has undergone a number of changes during that time, but technology has advanced in the meantime. As can be seen on the latest cars Tesla Model 3 a Tesla Model Y.

That is why they are now allegedly secreting the Tesla Fremont factories and the Tesla Gigat factory in Nevada Preparations are underway to start production of new versions of Model S / X electric cars. Several sources have confirmed this for Elecrek.co.

As part of the project, new production lines are being built. This already indicates that the new versions of the Model S / X electric cars will be significantly changed.

They will be manufactured from new battery modules. Most likely with 2170 type cells, perhaps those made by Tesla itself.

The cars will also be equipped with new powertrains that will come out with upcoming electric motors for the ultra-powerful version of Plaid. We’ll probably know the details as part of Battery Day on 15 September 2020.
