MOSCOW, Oct 3 – RIA Novosti. Nationalist Maxim “Tesak” Martsinkevich was buried in Moscow, said “360”.The farewell ceremony took place at the Kuntsevo cemetery. Several dozen people came to say goodbye to Martsinkevich. As noted by the TV channel, the event was held calmly and without provocations. The Federal Penitentiary Service for the Chelyabinsk Region reported on September 16 that Marcinkevich committed suicide in jail-3. In the regional SK noted that he left a suicide note. The prosecutor’s office is checking what happened. Tesak’s lawyer Vladimir Krasnov said that they tried to force his client to give confessions in the new case and intended to transfer him to Moscow. His other lawyer Valentina Trofimnik, who visited Martsinkevich in Krasnoyarsk, also told the agency that her client was allegedly offered to sign a certain paper in the absence of lawyers. Martsinkevich’s father appealed to the chairman of the IC Alexander Bastrykin with a request to initiate a criminal case under the article “Murder” and take it under one’s own control. Last week, the body of the convict was handed over to his father for burial. On it, according to lawyer Alexei Mikhalchik, probable traces of torture were found – “hematomas, wounds, the absence of several nails.” The court sentenced “Tesak” to ten years in a strict regime colony for attacks on people he considered drug dealers. Other defendants in the case received sentences ranging from two years and 11 months to 9.5 years. The court also satisfied the civil claims of the victims and collected from the defendants jointly and severally about 670 thousand rubles. In May 2019, the court decision came into force. “Tesak” and his associates, according to investigators, using electric shockers, gas cans and metal truncheons, beat Muscovites, confiscated their belongings, and publicly doused them with paint and other substances. “Tesak” was previously convicted of publishing a video with staging the execution of a “Tajik drug dealer”, as well as for extremist statements during a debate in the Moscow club “Bilingua”. In aggregate, in two cases, Martsinkevich received 3.5 years in prison.
