Termination by Advanzia Bank (loans)

Advanzia Bank canceled my credit card after two reminders.

Specifically, the notice says:

After our outstanding claim has not been paid until today, we will see you according to §2 of our terms and conditions

causes your credit card contract to be terminated extraordinarily.

We ask you to submit the total amount of EUR 4,779.47 to our below by 03.03.2021 at the latest

to transfer the specified bank details. Should the outstanding amount not be received by the aforementioned date

or you have not contacted us for an out-of-court settlement

we will immediately take legal action against you or initiate the process

Transfer debt collection agencies, which incurs additional costs for you. Furthermore we are obliged

to send a report to SCHUFA and Creditreform Boniversum. You should see the total arrears

balance on time, we will gracefully continue the contract, provided proper future

Payments are guaranteed. ”

I immediately compensated the arrears of the last 2 months (693.00 EUR) with a transfer of 750.00 EUR.

Am I correct in assuming that, according to this formulation, the credit card will not be permanently canceled once I have made this payment?

Unfortunately, the bank does not respond to my e-mails in which I ask for confirmation.

How should I proceed here now? I want to avoid a Schufa entry at all costs.
