Tereza Mašková made her fans dance in Lucerne

When the daughter learned that her favorite singer, who we also watched last year on the dance competition show Stardance, would perform in Prague, she kept talking about how much she would like to see Tereza live. About two weeks before the concert, I bought tickets for one of the two performances held in the big hall of Lucerne, and even though we didn’t get the best seats thanks to the late purchase, the concert was an experience beyond expectations. I myself would have chosen an event of a different musical genre, but in the end I was glad that I took part in the Pink Lantern.

We were reminiscing

Nice moments were remembering personalities who are no longer here with us. Tereza received a particularly strong applause after the brilliantly sung song Jedno dne zo pořáš by Věra Špinarová, and we also heard Three Nuts for Cinderella, which reminded us of Iveta Bartošová. A spectacular and impressive ending to the song was the flooding of the Lantern with confetti, falling like snow. Tereza also remembered Aleš Kubát, who passed away after a serious illness at the age of 30. Even before that, he composed a duet called Láská se splést, which he sang with Tereza and which was performed in Lucerne this year. She also dedicated a memory with sensitive words to her father, who passed away after a car accident when Tereza was not even five years old. There was a projection of footage from my childhood, and I have to admit that the reminiscence in general was moving for me.

The guests also arrived

The surprise on stage was Ondřej Brzobohatý, Daria Pavlovičová, and even Marek Ztracený, to whom Tereza did not spare praise and said that she was glad that she could grow up next to him. Tereza also heard the words of appreciation from Marko.

The winner of the fifth season of Superstar managed to change her pink outfits about three times during the performance and was happy to appreciate that the fans also came in pink clothes. She managed to bring energy into the hall, people got up from their chairs, danced, clapped, and waved lights from their mobile phones during memorial songs.

A great singer with pink hair and a beautiful voice, she strikes me as incredibly humble, with a pleasant demeanor and a big heart in the right place. I must also highlight the nice communication with the fans, among whom she ran down from the stage and shook their hands, which must have been a really powerful experience, especially for young rock fans. My daughter and I were happy to be a part of it, and it is quite possible that we were not the last to see Tereza Mašková’s performance.
