Teppo Kivelä remains head coach

Teppo Kivelä remains head coach of EHC Winterthur.

EHC Winterthur has extended the contract with head coach Teppo Kivelä for another year. The 54-year-old Finn will start his third season at EHC Winterthur.

Head of sport and managing director Mario Antonelli: “Teppo is the right coach for our upcoming tasks. Our team will be strengthened and strengthened in certain areas. We need a clear concept and stability for our sporting upswing. Teppo has the ability to take every single player further. Working with him is very pleasant and professional.”

The search for a new assistant coach is in full swing. Discussions with possible successors to Reto Kobach are already at an advanced stage.

The EHC Winterthur is looking forward to further cooperation with Teppo Kivelä!
