Marianna Henriksson is a PhD pupil on the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, a harpsichordist within the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra and Lez Ambassador Ensemble, a high-quality and versatile chamber musician, and the inspiration and first performer of a variety of modern composers. She has given concert events in Europe and the USA, and since 2014 she has yearly participated within the “Artwork of the Baroque” competition as a member of the Competition Baroque Ensemble.
The tenth anniversary competition will supply the viewers a musical journey by way of Baroque Europe with the primary cease in Venice. Marianna Henriksson will carry out solo works by Italian composers from the seventeenth century – the daybreak of instrumental genres.
