Russia said it was “disappointed” by the “signals” sent by the United States before the meeting scheduled for Monday in Geneva.

Russia ruled out any “concession” on Sunday during high-stakes talks with the United States in Geneva on Ukraine and security in Europe, also saying it was “disappointed” by the “signals” sent by Washington.

“We will not accept any concessions. This is completely excluded, ”Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Riabkov, who is due to take part in the negotiations, told Russian news agencies. “We are disappointed with the signals coming in recent days from Washington, but also from Brussels,” he added.
