Tension surrounding Maria Gabriel’s meeting with “Continuing Change – Democratic Bulgaria”. The nominee for prime minister with the first mandate of GERB-SDS starts talks in the parliament in search of support for a cabinet. The first of them was planned with PP-DB.

However, “Continuing the Change – Democratic Bulgaria” announced that the originally scheduled meeting for tomorrow has been moved to Friday – May 12, so that “PP leaders Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev can also participate.”

A reaction followed from GERB-SDS, who indicated that the leadership of the GERB-SDS parliamentary group and the candidate for prime minister Maria Gabriel will be waiting for the representatives of PP-DB tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. in the National Assembly.

“As far as we know, the co-chairmen of the PG of PP-DB Nikolay Denkov and Atanas Atanasov, as well as Hristo Ivanov and Vladislav Panev, are in Sofia. We expect that in 7 parties and 77 NGOs there are leaders who are in Bulgaria and can participate in the meeting they initially accepted”, stressed GERB.
