“The situation in the distribution center in Elhovo is calm. In the early hours, some foreign citizens asked the question about the deadlines for completing the procedures related to their residence. A meeting was held with the management of the center and representatives of the State Agency for Refugees, where the details of their requests were explained,” the Ministry of the Interior said.
The Ministry of the Interior explains that everything is calm in Elhovo due to a Facebook message of the well-known Perut Nizamov – Perata, who is on probation after “arresting” migrants near the border.
Migrants who rebelled at the center in Harmanli on November 24 have been transferred to the distribution center in Elhovo.
