Tense situation in the DPRK. Five people were executed for criticizing Kim at a party

Five men are said to have talked at the party about the North Korean regime’s failure on all fronts. Words about an emptied state coffers or Kim Jong-un’s inability to trade with the world did not pay off. The secret police allegedly executed them.

According to the portal dailynk.com they were reported by one of their younger colleagues, who also attended the working meeting. They were supposed to lose their lives on July 30.

Kim allegedly expressed relief that the men had been executed. He considered them a threat to his strictly totalitarian regime. He is infamous for his brutal practices. He immediately punishes any criticism of the dictator.

North Korean sources believe that all relatives of the executed men were imprisoned in the Yodok concentration camp. It is located about 100 kilometers northeast of the capital Pyongyang.

Torture, enslavement, sexual assault and executions are to take place in it. According to the survivors, the North Korean camps have similarly terrible conditions as Nazi Auschwitz during World War II.

The fate of the dictator’s younger sister Kim Jo-chong also remains unclear. She has not appeared in public for over a month. She was talked about as a possible successor during speculation about Kim’s death and health complications.

The criticism for which the five men had to die has been heard from foreign observers for a long time. According to them, the DPRK has been in danger of famine since this summer. During the summer, extensive floods destroyed the crop. As many as three and a half million North Koreans died in the second half of the 1990s due to lack of food.

Kim Jong-un declared a state of emergency due to coronavirus. More in the TV Nova report:
