The tennis department of ATSV Kirchseeon is building a new clubhouse. The department decided this on September 30, 2024.
In recent years the department has grown to over 200 members and would now like to finally implement the long-planned construction of a clubhouse.
The old garden shed is getting old and is too small if children and adults have to take shelter when it rains. In addition, it does not offer a water connection, so drinking water always has to be fetched from the showers located further away.
The entire complex, including storage, outdoor seating and terrace, will be located much more centrally in the complex and will replace the old garden shed.
The view of the squares from the new terrace should be significantly improved. In addition, compared to the current hut, the facility will have a water connection so that drinking water will be directly available there.
From the squares, the new wooden building will be distinguished by the friendly look of the wooden facade. Another advantage of wooden construction is the possibility of assembly by the members themselves, which in turn saves costs.
The total costs for the project amount to around €90,000, with largely self-contribution, existing capital and a five-figure financial contribution from all members ensuring the financing.
The plans were approved in 2016, but have not yet been implemented.
Now the ATSV Kirchseeon tennis department wants to tackle it and make the new tennis hall a reality.
