The dream of Nole Djokovic goes off in the final of Us Open: no Grand Slam for the Serbian, which takes a beating from Daniil Medvedev, practically perfect in the two hours and 17 ‘of the game. Ends 3-0 (6-4, 6-4, 6-4) for the Russian at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York, where Djokovic misses the fourth Grand Slam of 2021 which would have allowed him to become the third player in history to win them all in the same year solar.

The tears instead came out of the Russian’s eyes after the victory stroke while Djokovic (very sporty in embracing his rival) remained silent, almost petrified, in accepting the end of the great dream, until the applause of New York they snatched a smile from him to break his red eyes with disappointment.
