Live daily from October 25th to 30th with Alexander Peya as co-commentator
Vienna (OTS) – The Erste Bank Open will bring top stars and top innovations to Vienna in 2021. With the world number three Stefanos Tsitsipas from Greece, Olympic champion Alexander Zverev from Germany, Matteo Berrettini from Italy and Casper Ruud from Norway, there are four top ten players.
Seven of the eight seeded players are only between 20 and 25 years old – a new generation is noticeably taking over command on the ATP tour. The “old guard” is represented in Vienna this year mainly by the three-time Grand Slam winner Andy Murray, who competes with a wildcard after a long injury break.
The latest innovation and at the same time a world premiere is “Tennis 2 Go” – world class tennis in the middle of the city on the grounds of the Vienna ice skating club on Heumarkt. More information about the Erste Bank Open is available on the tournament website www.erstebank-open.com.
