Sixth-seeded JJ Wolf beat qualifier Brandon Holt unchallenged (6-3, 6-3) to advance to the second round of the Dallas tournament on Tuesday.

Wolf, the 43rd player in the world at the ATP, will face the winner of the upcoming match between Radu Albot and American wild card Liam Krall in the second round of the Texas tournament.
