It was a bad match for the promising young Italian tennis player, number eight in the world: unlike her Russian opponent, she was unable to play good tennis. The blue had started very well by winning the first set 6-4, but then suffered a huge collapse from which he was unable to recover. Even the young tennis player’s closest friend, the serve, was not on his side. The statistics demonstrate this: if in fact in the previous match against the Norwegian, Casper Ruud, the one who had given him access to the second round, the aces in favor of the blue were 13, those against Rublev were only 5.
