Shot from close range
According to the public prosecutor’s office, a bailiff, two employees of a shipping company and a creditor representative stood at the 68-year-old’s door in mid-February to enforce the eviction. It should then have initially come to an argument in the hallway. Subsequently, according to the indictment, the tenant suddenly pulled a gun and shot the bailiff from close range. However, the shots hit the creditor representative and then one of the two shipping employees.
Gun removed
The defendant is said to have gone to his apartment, where the second colleague is said to have stayed. Here he was finally able to take the gun from the tenant, so the prosecution. The 68-year-old is said to have fired a shot at this freight forwarder beforehand.
