Erik ten Hag close to Manchester United. The MU squad was also reminded not to play games because they will be dealing with a manager who doesn’t like to play games.
From a number of recent reports, Erik ten Hag is said to have verbally agreed on a contract offer from Manchester United. The agreement has a duration of four years.
Next, MU must settle compensation matters with Ajax as the club that still has the Ten Hag. The compensation is around 2 million pounds which will not be a problem for the ‘Red Devils’.
Former Ajax player Rafael van der Vaart support the Ten Hag to take this opportunity. The man who once strengthened Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur believes that the MU management has given authority to Ten Hag, if he dares to appoint him as manager.
“Ten Hag to Manchester United? Good. Don’t keep a club like Manchester United waiting,” he told Ziggo Sports reported Metro.
“These players at Manchester United have no excuses anymore. They made so many managers leave while they were playing really badly.”
“Now they will get a manager who will be very firm and will present his plan. Those who do not want to be invited to cooperate will be thrown out,” added Van der Vaart.
Since Sir Alex Ferguson left in 2013, Manchester United have had seven permanent, caretaker and interim managers.
