Temporary work: Proman on Tinder, Waze, Deezer and TikTok

With 45,000 corporate clients and 100,000 temporary hires every day, Proman intends to “find candidates where they are”, in the words of its marketing and development director, Camille Jankowski.

The fourth European actor of temporary agency work was the first, in 2021, to communicate on TikTok.

Spread the right message

Before that, the family group with a turnover of 2.9 billion euros had started recruiting on next-generation social via the Twitch gamer community, in late 2020. A few months later, it was on the dating app Tinder.

Recently, Manosque’s company has launched campaigns on the music streaming side, on Spotify and Deezer. And also on the Waze traffic information platform. “Our strategy is to deliver the right message, in the right place, at the right time,” says Camille Jankowski, adding that more than 20,000 applications have been received through these new channels.
