Temporary Traffic Suspension on Sidi Maârouf Bridge and Green City Interchange
Casablanca, Morocco – February 12, 2025
To carry out essential maintainance and safety improvements on the Sidi Maârouf Bridge and the Green City Interchange, temporary traffic suspensions will be implemented as follows:
- From Berrechid to Casablanca: The highway will be closed from 10 p.m.on Wednesday,February 12,until 6 a.m. on Thursday, February 13.
- From Casablanca to Berrechid: The highway will be closed from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Thursday, February 13.
Option Routes
To ensure the smooth flow of traffic during this period, the following alternative routes are recommended:
- Highway users from Berrechid to Casablanca: Exit the highway at the Green City Interchange, take Provincial Road 3011, and follow the road to the Green City from Casablanca.
- Users from Rabat and El Jadida bound for Berrechid: Exit the motorway at the Aïn Chock interchange (Taddart), and use the urban roads of the Green City to rejoin the highway at the Green City Interchange.
- Users from Casablanca bound for Berrechid: Take the Casablanca bypass motorway via the Sidi Maârouf node, exit at the Aïn Chock interchange (Taddart), and use the urban roads of the Green City to reach the highway again at the Green City Interchange.
