TOKYO – First day of event Tokyo 2020 Olympics has been completed, Saturday (24/7/2021). The provisional medal acquisition was led by China with a collection of three gold medals and one bronze medal.

Right behind China, Italy is trailing in second place with a total of two medals. One gold medal and one silver medal were won by the Italian contingent on the first day of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Then what about the representatives of Indonesia? The Red and White Team currently ranks 19th in the medal standings for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Indonesia has only won one bronze medal from the women’s 49 kg weightlifting class.

In this sport, Indonesia has the potential to win additional medals. In fact, there is a chance to win a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
