Manpower CHAUMONT is looking for a player in the Manufacturing and Production Industries sector for its client, a Heat Treatment Production Operator (M / F)
Missions

Your main missions will be:
- Starts and checks the operation of the oven (switching on the electrical cabinet, opening the valves, checking the ethanol and propane levels), preparing the parts of thermal equipment
- Program the machine according to the production order
- Position the pieces in baskets or on racks
- Selects and controls heat treatment parameters and cycles
- Performs heat treatments depending on the procedure
- Monitors treatment (heating, cooling, bath, etc.), identifies malfunctions and applies corrective measures
- Checks the surface condition and the quality of the part according to the inspection plan
- Performs a surface preparation or finish (shot blasting)
- Provides quality support and production monitoring
- Respect production rates
- May be required to work on other positions within the company (assembly, sheathing, packaging, etc.)
