Great participation in the ADEDY 24-hour strike today, Wednesday 28/2. The occasion of the march held in the center of Athens was the completion of one year since the train accident in Tempi, which cost the lives of 57 people.
ADEDY and PAME held rallies in Klathmonos Square and Propylaia. “Crime in Tempe is their profits”, “Crime in Tempe will not be forgotten”, “One year later we do not forget!”, “We have been counted and we are less” are some of the slogans on the placards held by the protesters.
Even several politicians took part in the march. Among them the president of SYRIZA, Stefanos Kasselakis, Sokratis Famellos, Panos Skourletis, Marilisa Xenogiannakopoulou and Olga Gerovasilis. In addition, the mayor of Athens, Haris Doukas, participated in the rally.
