Lüneburg sports pool reopened for everyone
Lüneburg, August 23, 2024 ‒ On Monday, September 2, 2024, a temperature-adjusted season extension will start at the Hagen outdoor pool: When the outside temperature reaches 22 degrees, the pool will then be open daily from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission prices will be reduced by half.
“Every morning we look at the current temperature forecast from WetterOnline GmbH and base our forecast on the highest temperature within the possible opening hours. If this is 22 degrees Celsius or higher, the outdoor pool will be open from 1 p.m.,” explains Dirk Günther, Managing Director of Salztherme Lüneburg. “We are pleased to be able to offer our guests a longer outdoor pool season. They can then see whether it is closed or not on a daily basis at www.salue.info/freibad-hagen or on Google.”
The sports pool on Uelzener Strasse will also be open to everyone again from September 2, 2024. Early swimmers will then have the opportunity to swim their laps there from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday to Friday. Information on other opening times and more can be found at www.salue.info/sportbad.
