Telus launches high-speed Internet in Onju and Quebec

It is not clear whether Telus is building its own infrastructure or using another network to provide services. Some Reddit users are claiming that Telus is reselling Bell’s fiber network through Third Party Internet Access (TPIA), an independent internet service provider (ISP) called Start.ca, which Telus recently acquired. It was also reported that Telus’ fiber optic network was built in the London (Ontario) area.
Telus said, “We are working with various network partners across Eastern Canada to provide pure fiber internet.” However, it did not specifically mention which partner it was collaborating with.
