Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Not only new customers are spoiled by Telkomsel through Telkomsel One. However, Indihome’s old customers will also receive the same treatment.
Vice President of Home Broadband and FMC Consumer Marketing at Telkomsel, Dedi Suherman, explained that a number of old Indihome customers will get additional internet speed at the same price.
The majority of customers have already received the benefit of increasing internet speed before the product was officially launched recently.
“Indihome always me-maintain existing customers with more value with what we call the name HSSP (High Speed Same Price),” Dedi said at a Media Gathering in Denpasar, Bali, Wednesday (26/7/2023).
Dedi explained that this policy was carried out in stages and was still in process. Because Telkomsel uses technology to carry out the execution.
The same thing was also mentioned by Telkomsel’s Senior Vice President Consumer Sales Operations, Gilang Prasetya. He explained that there are a number of criteria for adjusting the new model.
“There is a gradual treatment that is being carried out. Customer models have criteria for some kind of adjustment,” he said.
“Not only new customers, but actually our old customers,” said Gilang.
Apart from that, Telkomsel also presents a special Indihome internet package. Here are the package details:
1. Jitu 1 (30 Mbps speed): IDR 280 thousand
2. Sharp 1 (50 Mbps speed): IDR 350 thousand
3. Jitu 1 (100 Mbps speed): IDR 375 thousand (streaming subscription packages for Maxstream, Disney Plus Hotstar and Indihome Tv).
On the same occasion, Dedi also explained the fate of My Indihome after the product merge into Telkomsel One. After the product launch, Indihome products can be accessed through MyTelkomsel but the MyIndihome application is still available.
Dedi said the application would be maintained. But for the fate of My Indihome in the future. depending on consumer demand.
“But we have included My Indihome journey on MyTelkomsel,” he explained.
