This draw is the culmination of the series Poin Festival 2023 which will take place from November 1 to December 31 2023 as a form of appreciation to all loyal Telkomsel and IndiHome customers which is in line with Telkomsel’s spirit which is inspired by the Indonesian spirit to always provide comfort and added value through its variety of superior products and services. 2023 Festival Points Draw is a loyalty program that all Telkomsel and IndiHome customers can participate in. Customers can get lottery coupons by exchanging Telkomsel Points in the MyTelkomsel application, while IndiHome customers can exchange their points in the myIndiHome application, then all customers will get a program coupon and be included in the program process.
The winners of the 2023 Festival Points Draw Program are entitled to receive prizes at no cost, where all prize taxes and distribution costs have been borne by Telkomsel. Customers can check the winner announcement via the website www.telkomsel.com. Next, the prize winner will be contacted officially by the Telkomsel 188 Call Center for data validation. After the process of confirming the completeness of the winner’s data and distribution is complete, the prize will be handed over to the customer at the nearest GraPARI according to the customer’s domicile.
