Telkom officially changes its name, no longer telecommunications Indonesia

VIVA – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has officially changed its name to PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. So far, this state-owned company is known as Telkom.

The Company submitted a change in the name of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk to PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk.

Year 2019 concerning Approval of Amendment to the Articles of Association of Limited Liability Company Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk dated 24 June 2019.

“As of December 4, 2020, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the name PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk,” was quoted as saying from the IDX disclosure of information, Friday, December 4, 2020.
