President Director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Ririek Adriansyah revealed that there would be a merger after the integration of IndiHome into Telkomsel. However, this corporate action will not be as big as Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) resulting from the merger of Indihome and Telkomsel.
“There are, maybe in subsidiaries, but not as big as FMC,” he said when met at the BUMN Ministry Office, Thursday (26/10/2023).

“For example, if there is a subsidiary, it is better because it has the same portfolio as another, we will merge it. It is still in process, but not as big as FMC,” he continued.
Ririek wants Telkom’s subsidiaries to be more efficient, effective and healthy. “Yes, that is part of our streamlining and that our subsidiaries are more efficient, effective and healthy,” he explained.
