SIA “Tet” has published a notice to creditors about the planned reorganization, stating that SIA “Telia Latvija” will be added to the company through merger, informs “Lursoft Klientu portfelis”.

Creditors can submit their claims within one month by contacting SIA “Tet” at the legal address at Dzirnavu street 105, Riga.
SIA “Telia Latvija”, owned by SIA “Tet”, had a turnover of 7.47 million euros in 2021, ending the year with a loss of 210.46 thousand euros. “Lursoft Multi” report data shows that in the last ten years, SIA “Telia Latvija” has worked with profit only in 2012 (profit of 9.78 thousand euros) and in 2019 (profit of 8.24 thousand euros).
SIA “Tet” became the shareholder of SIA “Telia Latvija” at the end of May last year.
The core business of SIA “Telia Latvija” is the provision of data centers and cloud services, multimedia processing and streaming, as well as electronic communications. 47 employees worked in the company last year.
