In the United States, Tulsa, the second largest city in the state of Oklahoma, offers move into her home in exchange for a grant of… $10,000! Or more than 9,000 euros. Tulsa is for people telecommuting for a company outside of Oklahoma.
Everyone can therefore apply, as long as one get the Green Cardthe Holy Grail that allows you to live in the United States, and that you are of legal age.
Tulsa is a slightly larger city than Nice with its 400,000 inhabitants. It is placed on the mythical Route 66, it has a nice zoomodern buildings, green spaces and a waterway, the Arkansas River.
In fact, the city has a plan to become ultra dynamic: it wants to attract new talent. The candidate must commit to staying one year in Tulsa. Objective: to stay there. In France, small towns want to attract doctors with installation aid, but there all trades are targeted.
An offer that is emulated

It is a real phenomenon in the United States. Other states offer such a program : West Virginia promises 12,000 dollars. Chattanooga wants to attract geeks: it offers computer developers $1,250 to set up shop there.
