Television tip Tuesday evening: Your fault that I am fat NOW

Obesity among young people is a major problem in Great Britain. In Your fault for being fat, which can be seen on NPO3 from Tuesday evening, six children confront their parents. The helm has to change.

Libby, Sol, Evie, Charlotte, Josh and Ellie want to live healthier and challenge their parents to help. During a six-week trajectory, they want to work on nutrition and exercise, in order to come out healthier and happier together. But that is not easy.

In the first episode we follow fourteen-year-old Libby. Her mother and father are both overweight, but her sister is slim. The teenager not only blames her parents for her unhealthy body, but also feels disadvantaged compared to her older sister.

Temperatures run high Your fault for being too fat. Because of the strict diet, Libby and her mother also start to get cranky. How they come out of this difficult trajectory as a family after six weeks can be seen from Tuesday evening.

Your fault for being fat can be seen every week at 10:10 pm on NPO3.
